Before any data is moved, your Nation's data governance policies are developed and ratified — defining who can access what, under what conditions, and with what protections. Tsenawt enforces these policies at the platform layer.
We finalize your pricing model, assign roles, designate a community champion, and pair your team with a dedicated community liaison. Then we begin.
Your infrastructure is deployed on-site and or configured. Initial staff are onboarded. The platform is configured to reflect the governance policies, access tiers, and data structures defined in earlier phases.
Existing documents, records, and data assets are brought into the platform — AI-indexed, classified according to your policies, and organized into your Virtual Data Room. Nothing moves without your sign-off.
